Ticket Refunds

Tickets purchased to Pacific Chamber Orchestra concerts are non-refundable, except in the event of a cancelled performance.

Ticket Exchanges

Subscribers

One of the benefits of being a subscriber is the right to exchange tickets from one concert date to another, or to a different seat location, at no charge (subject to availability). Subscribers who wish to exchange tickets should contact the box office at (925) 247-8204 at least 24 hours in advance; no exchanges will be done at the box office the night of the concert. Original tickets can be mailed to the Symphony office (PO Box 3134 Livermore, CA 94551) or torn in half, scanned and emailed to: exchange@pacificchamberorchestra.org. Original tickets will be voided and will not be valid for entry to the theatre. If there is any difference in price between original and new tickets, the subscriber will be charged the difference or credited. New tickets will be available for pick up at the venue 2 hours prior to start of concert.

Single Ticket Buyer

Single ticket buyers may exchange tickets from one concert date to another, or to a different seat location, for $5 per ticket (subject to availability). Single ticket buyers who wish to exchange tickets should contact the box office at (925) 247-8204 at least 24 hours in advance; no exchanges will be done at the box office the night of the concert. Original tickets can be mailed to the Symphony office (PO Box 3134 Livermore, CA 94551) or torn in half, scanned and emailed to: exchange@pacificchamberorchestra.org. Original tickets will be voided and will not be valid for entry to the theatre. If new tickets are at a higher price level, patron will be charged the difference. If new tickets are at a lower price level, the difference will be considered a donation to the Orchestra. New tickets will be available for pick up at the venue 2 hours prior to start of concert.

Ticket Replacement

Lost tickets will be replaced for subscribers at no charge; a $5 per ticket replacement fee will be charged to other ticket holders. Patrons who have lost their tickets should contact the box office at (925) 247-8204 in advance to report them missing. Original tickets will be voided and new tickets will be printed and available for pick up at Will Call 2 hours prior to concert start time. Tickets can only be picked up by the person named on the ticket order unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance with the Box Office Manager.
